Surgical Specialists of the Rockies is located 1 block north of Poudre Valley Hospital at 1148 East Elizabeth in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

 

EMERGENCIES:  We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.  Please contact the doctor on call by dialing 970-221-5878.  If you are not answered directly, please leave a message with the Answering Service and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
